We are so proud to announce that we were recognized by HP with the award for FY15 Top Indigo 10000 Volume Account. In our third full-year of running the Indigo 10000 platform, we have experienced 20% year-over-year volume growth as a result of increasing demand for hyper-personalized direct mail used by businesses to increase customer acquisition and retention. The financial, automotive and retail industries, in particular, use loyalty programs targeted to customer needs and preferences to increase customer participation and to cultivate meaningful and effective relationships.
Sandy Alexander President and CEO Michael Graff stated, “We are grateful to HP for this recognition and award. Back in 2012, HP asked if we would be interested in being a beta site for the HP 10000 because of our client base and our position as a market leader in color management and innovation. We said ‘yes!’ and have never looked back.” Graff continued, “We’re running three HP 10000’s because we believe the technology is best in class for producing variable images and text with the highest quality output. Our team manages some of the most complex and sophisticated VDP campaigns in North America.”
Continued growth was experienced with retail clients in search of custom in-store visual merchandising solutions. Clients are responding to the diverse offering of cross platform color management and custom finishing solutions for high value marketing campaigns. The addition of integrated multi-channel communications and data security have also contributed to this growth. Looking ahead to the coming year, Sandy Alexander reports that programs lined-up for 2016 are expected to generate an additional 15% growth in volume. While currently operating around the clock and limited weekends, the company plans to expand staffing to operate 24/7.
